Please read all the terms and conditions in the website before selling your device on our website, by submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our terms of use.

You should print a copy of this document and keep it for reference.

If you continue to use this website you are bound by all of these terms and conditions. These conditions along with our privacy conditions are the terms you accept to use our website and services.

The terms KasoRecycle or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website. whose registered office is Ksogadgets Limited , 75 Park Road, Peterborough, PE1 2TN, UNITED KINGDOM. Our company registration number is 09904727.

KasoRecycle operates an up to pricing structure as per the phone classification below. Should you not agree with the up to offer, your device will be returned free of charge via Royal Mail tracked 48 returns. However should you send us a handset which is locked to a different network (i.e submitted as unlocked, but locked to Vodafone), or the incorrect model (i.e sale order for an iPhone 6s, but the handset is an iPhone 5), a return charge of £5 will be applied for the return of the device. For clarification device correct submitted but rejected for the up to offer are returned free of charge.

If the return fee of £5.00 per gadget has not been paid within 7 days, then KasoRecycle will process the recycling of your gadget at the price offered.

We cannot accept any liability for handsets that are not received to us and it is your responsibility to contact Royal Mail to arrange a claim. however we will claim for any handsets that have been lost on transit from us to you.

KasoRecycle reserves the right to destroy any lost / stolen handsets that appear on the database if they haven't been claimed by their subsequent owners after 28 days. UK legislation states that we cannot under any circumstances return or pay for a mobile phone or device which is registered lost or stolen at any time unless the lost or stolen records associated with it are cleared. If we at any time become aware of any issues, you will be required to co-operate with the authorities and we reserve the right to withhold or cancel the payment.

If goods arrives later than 10 days of the quotation, then we will offer the lower of the quotes. All communication must be in writing regardless of phone conversations had previously or at any time.

If you do not respond within 2 days of the re-offer price your device will be automatically processed.

We reserve the right to take ownership and recycle any handset that has we have had no response from our revised or proposed amount to pay. All values offered are sent via email.

Device Classification:

The mobile phone or device which is sold shall be same as the make and model mentioned in the sale order and shall fulfill the conditions given below:

Brand new must meet the below conditions:

  • Perfect condition
  • All accessories included
  • Never used
  • No defaced packaging, instructions or accessories
  • Must be as received from manufacturer and not opened and completely sealed.

Working Devices:

  • The device can be turned on and off.
  • The LCD screen / touch screen is full and fully functional.
  • The screen is intact (no cracks, no dead pixels).
  • The screen is intact (no cracks, no dead pixels).
  • The device free of any PIN.
  • Do not have missing parts (including the battery and the back cover).
  • The device has all original parts.

Non Working Devices:

Please note that due to possible iCloud issues we do not accept any iPhones that do not switch on

  • The device can not turn on and / or off.
  • The LCD screen / touch screen is faulty or not working.
  • The screen has spots, damaged or dead pixels.
  • The glass front panel is cracked.
  • Missing some of its constituent parts (battery and / or back cover).
  • The cursor key is not present (on Blackberry devices).
  • The SIM card locked device or the by operator.
  • The device has scratches and dents.

KasoRecycle will not pay if:

  • The devices are damaged by water.
  • Model copies, stolen, prototypes or models unsuitable for sale.
  • Devices with front panel broken or cracked glass.
  • Devices severely damaged.
  • Devices devoid of keyboard and / or LCD screen.

Your payment option cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Please allow two working days for your device to be checked in. We aim to process the same day but cannot offer any guarantees.

We initiate payments using the faster payments system I can take up to 7 working days to reach your bank account. We run payments every day and if your payment has not been accepted by this time it will fall into the next working days payment system.

We cannot, under any circumstances, recall or reissue bank transfer payments once they have been made. Please ensure you double check your bank details.

Cheque payments issued on the same day and sent via Royal Mail first class.

Lost cheques will be re issued and a fee of £7.00 which will be deducted.

If incorrect details are supplied for bank transfers this can take up to 6 weeks to returned and re-issued – payment will then be made via cheque.

We will send you out a secure postage bag, sent via Royal Mail First Class. We can not accept responsibility for loss or damage arising from you sending the gadget to us in transit. We suggest that you send any high value items using appropriate insurance coverage such as Royal Mail Special Delivery which can cost around £7.00 depending on items weights, size and value. It is your responsibility to ensure the gadget arrives to us in the condition sent. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage what so ever. It is also your responsibility to securely package the item. We accept no liability for poorly packaged items.

We can not accept responsibility for any spam filters or blocked emails that have not been received with re offers due to any reason. No response will always result in the adjusted offer being accepted.

Prices offered are only valid for 10 days from original order, and we reserve the right to offer different prices outside of this time frame due to fluctuations in the market.

If for whatever reason we cannot send you back your original gadget then we will make full payment of the quoted amount for the gadget. We take no responsibility for any accessories or boxes that were sent without request.

Goods which are lost, blocked, or stolen will not be returned in line with Government guidelines. "Fake" goods will be returned if they were sent in good faith.

You are responsible for cancelling airtime lined to each handset. We are not responsible for any costs arising from leaving sim cards in place, before, during or after the sale process or any other circumstances what so ever so please ensure you remove your sim card before returning your gadget. Any sim cards received will be immediately disposed of.

By sending us your gadget you agree to release us from all claims, losses or damages arising for data stored or any media used such as photos, videos, contacts, emails, messages, music or any other electronic data. We also accept no responsibility for the security, confidentiality, of your information and it is your responsibility to backup and delete all data from any device before sending it to us.

The events subject to compliance with any laws or regulations or events that are not in reasonable control, causing delay or failure to perform our responsibility, will not bring any liability for any such delay or failure
